The process is used to seal leaks in the pipes, pipe joints and chambers as well as transverse cracks with e width of max. 5mm and longitudinal cracks of a width of max. 3mm. In any case the stability of the pipelines and chambers has to be guranteed.

The sewers and sewer lines  in the nominal size DN 150 to DN 300 which have to be rehabilitated consist of the materials concrete, stone, PVC.

Prior to rehabilitation the volumes of the entire rehabilitation area have to be calculated based on existing plans and inspection results. Possible amounts of loss of the injection agent have to be estimated according to type of damage and extent of damage or have to be determined based on the examination of a water leak test.
